Brooke helped me and my fiancé create a custom engagement ring and wedding band. I recently purchased an engagement ring from Porter Gulch and my experience working with Brooke and Amy compelled me to write this review. They made the process so simple and I couldn't be happier with my ring. I live in New York so everything was done virtually. They took the time to help me design my ring from scratch. I was extremely nervous in the beginning of the process making such an important purchase virtually was terrifying but they quickly put me at ease. They even were able to accommodate a last minute change to my ring design that put it over the top! I cannot recommend them enough!

I had an amazing experience working with Brooke on a ring using a loose sapphire that I already had! Brooke was incredible to work with. I first wanted to work with her because there were two rings that Porter Gulch had made previously that were so unique and beautiful, and I was hoping to design a custom ring using those rings as inspiration. We were able to design a ring that incorporated elements from both, in addition to some additional custom details - like an octagonal bezel and compass double prongs - and all of this was done entirely over email! From getting her my loose stone to designing the ring to CAD to production, Brooke was extremely helpful and communicative, promptly addressing any questions I had over email and keeping me updated on progress. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the ring was able to be made, and of course, when I received it, I was blown away by how beautiful it was - CAD designs and pictures could not do it justice. I highly recommend working with Brooke and Porter Gulch, and I know I will be back. Brooke - thank you so much for creating this ring for me. My husband and I had a wonderful experience purchasing my wedding band from Porter Gulch. Brooke is responsive and easy to communicate with. I chose the "Betty ring" but wanted green stones rather than white diamonds. Brooke suggested swapping the white diamonds with green diamonds and the result is just what I had envisioned. The ring itself is so cute and dainty. I love it because I work in healthcare and wanted lower profile ring to avoid damage caused by taking gloves on and off. It's perfect. Thank you Brooke!

Brooke is a super talented jewelry maker and created such a beautiful custom engagement ring for us. The original engagement ring we had was a vintage handmade ring that was passed down to us from our mom and it was a ring that we absolutely loved. Unfortunately it was falling apart, so we wanted to find a designer that could create a custom ring for us that used the diamond from the original ring and took inspiration from its design. Brooke guided us through her design process and was really patient with us the entire time. We had a lot of questions and went through many variations to make sure we landed on a design that we would be really happy with. In the end we couldn't be happier with the final result! We can't stop looking at the ring and loved how it turned out. For anyone thinking of creating a custom ring, I would highly recommend working with Brooke. She made a project that could have easily been really stressful into one that was really enjoyable and fun. I trust her fully and would no doubt work with her again in the future!
