The Pool Fence DIY team is the BOMB! We were up against a final inspection for our new pool after we failed the 1st round due to our fence company not installing what we thought was a kid safety perimeter fence. So I went online and after the reviews I decided yo tackle this project myself! I had placed an order in my cart, after looking through the videos and decided to call to place the order from Texas, just 2 days before hurricane Milton with Hunter and knowing the company could shutter the business due to the storm. She assured me if placed that even, she would get it out and it would be to me in 3 to 4 days. The next day I realized I missed some items and texted her back the day of the storm to please add and ship if possible. She quickly sent the invoice and next was the shipping email and to my surprise the order all delivered at the same time in 3 days. I recommend renting the alignment tool for the installation and take your time, you will not be disappointed in the finished product!!! Took me and the wife 1.5 days to install, it’s the best company with support you’ll find anywhere Folks. We highly recommend the product from made and delivered right here in the USA 110%!!! The product seems great but I am unable to install as I have some specific questions that are still unanswered. I have called the support line three times, left detailed messages and I still haven’t received a call back yet so we haven’t been able To start installation. Very frustrating. The questions have to do with how to tie the fence into my house at one end and how to tie the gate post into an existing fence at the other end. This is just an 18 foot straight line between house and existing fence. Any help would be most appreciated. Jennifer Crider 434-851-7974.

Fence is working great. Installation was time consuming but not difficult. I would have liked to know exact measurements in distance including the gap between the fence sections prior to ordering materials but return policy was wonderful as I ordered to much fencing. Fence is easy to remove and reinstall and very durable.

Order went from 2k to 2800 when I found out after ordering there were no 90 degree post. Thought I was within budget so ordered but found out after the fact that it was my job on the “build your fence” to know exactly what was missing from my cart

Michele Collins make sure if you do “build your fence” that you know exactly what you need because items will be out of stock and they just say that you need to check your cart as if you’re supposed to know everything you need. Can be a major difference in price after you find out you don’t have all you need.

Pool Fence DIY could not have been easier, website was super easy to navigate. Order Shipping time was very fast ordered on a Tuesday and deliveried on Friday, installed 185 feet of fencing in less than 8 hours by myself. Once you lay out the design on pool deck and mark all the holes it is as simple as drilling holes, cleaning them out and driving in the bushings. Instructions are pretty simple to follow. Hardest work was running the drill, Drill jig makes getting straight holes dead on. Thanks for the support. Overall Highly recommend Pool Fence DIY, Great selection of accessories also. With 3 small kids we wanted to protect them and this was the best option on the market and pricing was great.

This is the second Diy pool fence I have installed. Both were straight forward and trouble free. If you read the directions and study your layout a little the system works well. Although not as appealing as an ornate iron fence, it does protect children from drowning and at a fraction of the price.

Looks great and is secure. Wish it would have taken into account the gate width into the total width—ended up with almost an extra panel. Other than that, everything was great.

First off, the customer service of this company is Top Notch. Super responsive and helpful.
