Zero customer support for installation. Three calls to them with no response. The instruction manuals don’t match the product. The product was shipped timely, so that part was great.

I recently purchased some pool fencing with a gate featuring the TriLatch system at an estate sale. Unfortunately, the seller did not have the key to the lock. The Fence is pretty good. The installation instruction need to be updated. In my instance, the manual says to drill a pilot hole to install the locking hooks, but there isn't a spot to drill the hole. I called service, no one answered, I left a message explaining my issue and a call back number. No one ever called back.
