I've been ordering my mailing sacks from Poly Postal Packaging for just shy of a decade. They're one of the few companies I've dealt with over that time that have never compromised on quality to save a few pennies. I sell high-value items that require protection from the elements during transit. Packaging must be strong and durable, as it needs to withstand the journey to my customers and be sturdy enough to facilitate returns if necessary. I'm a small business and knowing I can pick up the phone and get advice, which I have done several times, is a must for me - no waiting in long queues, a fantastic team ready to help when you need it. I can't recommend Poly Postal enough. Thank you for looking after me!

As a business, we have worked with Poly Postal Packaging for a number of years. Throughout that time, their service has been consistently efficient and products cost effective. The team are always friendly and happy to help, I would recommend them to others!

I was struggling to find large strong boxes, and did not want to buy in bulk. Two boxes purchased that were received quickly and packaged really well. I cannot fault the service or the products as both were excellent. I will 100% be back to use again in the future.

Great customer service from James.

Always a pleasure to deal with, we're repeat customers year on year

Excellent product, excellent service. Thank you very much!

Called first to see if they could provide for me. Visited the shop and they had exactly what was needed. Very polite and helpful all round. Great job

I purchased a single packaging box from them and the lads were so helpful and just brilliant. I asked a couple of silly questions but they helped me throughout and even cut the box to my required size. They couldn't assist enough and I was so grateful for their practical help. Thank you so much again.

Great products and excellent service

I’ve been working with Paddy for the past year, and I can honestly say we couldn’t have done it without him and his team. Their professionalism, quality, and reliability have consistently exceeded our expectations. They deliver on time, provide excellent customer service, and always go the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly. Communication is top-notch, and I truly value our partnership. I highly recommend Poly Postal Packaging to anyone looking for a dependable, high-quality supplier.

Used the polypostal packing for the first time. I must say, impressive! Patrick is very helpful and kept me updated through out the process. Will definitely try again.

I find all staff that I have dealt with at Poly Postal extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. If any items are out of stock, they keep note of what I am looking for and make contact as soon as they are restocked. I'm old school, it's all about the customer service for me, not the online experience, with customer service in mind, Poly Postal gets 5 stars from me.

Five stars here, could not fault the service
