as always best quality products, we use various sizes of cello & sizes to suit coloured & metallic mailbags ( so post seen in bottoms of mail sacks !!!! so RM dont loose them ) they seal well, and dont tear easy when stuffed ! along with e-tapes & misc other items etc, great customer service. would recommend to all, delivery always by DPD next day often before 10. 00 . I've been ordering my mailing sacks from Poly Postal Packaging for just shy of a decade. They're one of the few companies I've dealt with over that time that have never compromised on quality to save a few pennies. I sell high-value items that require protection from the elements during transit. Packaging must be strong and durable, as it needs to withstand the journey to my customers and be sturdy enough to facilitate returns if necessary. I'm a small business and knowing I can pick up the phone and get advice, which I have done several times, is a must for me - no waiting in long queues, a fantastic team ready to help when you need it. I find all staff that I have dealt with at Poly Postal extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. If any items are out of stock, they keep note of what I am looking for and make contact as soon as they are restocked. I'm old school, it's all about the customer service for me, not the online experience, with customer service in mind, Poly Postal gets 5 stars from me.
