Before we placed our recent order, I had to contact the sales team because I was not sure about the type of mount I need it for an enclosure I already had in the shop. It took longer for delivery than I wanted.

We have a custom computer for a product we manufacture since 2008. Polycase has been supplying cases for these for since the beginning. Recently we had to update the board and Polycase and specifically Jewel, has done everythinbg they could to get the changes moving so my customers did NOT have any negative impact. This is old-school customer service at it's best!
