The website can be a bit hard to find a product, but once we found one it was great. We love the option to modify the cases, but it would be great if the website had some CAD built-in so that I could order changes right there and then. I also loved how fast everything came; we are located north of Akron and everything came fast (1–2 days) when we need it in a crunch.

High-quality enclosures that are easy to assemble and make it simple to install our equipment.

Top quality, good price, made in America, packed well, and good turn around time. They are my first choice for enclosures.

Shipping was fast. Paid for express shipping and I received the items the next day There was an issue with my Tax ID, this may have been my fault (I'm not sure). Regardless, they resolved the issue quickly. The issue was in my favor and I offered to pay the correct difference. Instead they made sure everything was right for the next time (there will be a next time) I love my product! This case is Dude Tested, Mother Approved.

Very satisfied with the products and service. Good quality and reasonable prices. You are in good hands with Polycase

Everything work perfectly

I had no issues with support, quality, or delivery. As I recall Polycase delivered as promised and was there to support as much as needed. Great customer service and will order again. :-)

Easy to navigate website & normally ship our orders quickly. The orders usually arrive in good shape.

Many orders over the years. I always drop ship to my customers and not once have I had any issues with the product or service.

High quality. Great support, and good service

The case is great, the DIN rail kit is convenient, price is very reasonable, I don’t see a reason to go back to the way we used to do it. This is our standard process going forward.

Polycase has always been quick and efficient for us. Thank you!

We have been buying from Polycase for years. We love the quality, ease of ordering and the prompt shipping!

QUICK FRIENDLY SERVICE, PRODUCTS ARE ALWAYS IN STOCK

Fast turnaround time and very high-quality enclosures. Would recommend their CNC and graphic overlay features.

QUICK RESPONSES, EASY TO WORK WITH, ORDERS ARE WITHIN TIME

Working with Polycase since 2008. They are the best!

As a purchaser I never have any problems ordering and paying for items on the Polycase website. I also love the fact that I can add my purchase order numbers when checking out, which helps my parts associate when items are received. Shipping is always fast and they always have plenty of inventory, so we are never waiting on product! Suppliers like Polycase make my life so much easier! Their Customer Service is the best in the business!

Great Product! Great Fast Service!

Polycase has been our supplier for many years. Amazing quality and quick services. The rare occasions there is a back order, they always keep you well informed. Their website is very helpful in finding the correct size needed for any project. Packaging has never been damaged over the 10 plus years we have been purchasing with them, really great services.
