Before we placed our recent order, I had to contact the sales team because I was not sure about the type of mount I need it for an enclosure I already had in the shop. The lady on the phone was super helpful and friendly and helped me find the right mount. The shipping was fast and the packaging is outstanding. We will continue to Polycase.

It took longer for delivery than I wanted.

We have a custom computer for a product we manufacture since 2008. Polycase has been supplying cases for these for since the beginning. Recently we had to update the board and Polycase and specifically Jewel, has done everythinbg they could to get the changes moving so my customers did NOT have any negative impact. This is old-school customer service at it's best!

I contacted multiple vendors and not only was Polycase the fastest responding, but they were also the most helpful. I will 100% be a repeat and hopefully long term customer.

ORDER was filled quickly, and shipped. I wish shipping cost a little less. Or I could have gotten it on amazon with free shipping.

Enclosures are great. Just wish the pcb templates were not in pdf format. DXF would be preferred to easily import board outline for designing.
