Great furniture beautiful piece

Polyandbark. com was easy to deal with for the most part. My ottoman arrived quickly with no issues. Delivery was more challenging with the sectional sofa. There seemed to be a bit of a disconnect between poly & bark and the local delivery company. Took a failed delivery and waiting another week to get the sofa. I was a little stressed because no one could give me any idea of when the redelivery might happen. I pestered them every day and ultimately sofa was delivered. I love the furniture but think delivery process could be better.

4. 5 Stars - It’s an absolutely gorgeous and comfortable sofa; perfect height and size. The one design flaw is that the back cushions are not secured with velcro and the middle cushion is constantly falling down. The side cushions along the armrest are secured with velcro and stay upright. I will still highly recommend.

Superb ordering through delivery and setup! They were very flexible when we had to change the delivery date and which delivery option we wanted. I will definitely order from them again!
