Best gift ever! It looked perfect and was shipped to my house faster than I expected!

Ordering was easy, had a delay in delivery because they did not put my name on the package so the post office misplaced my package.

Great customer service, haven’t received my order yet. The mock ups looked great, hopefully the chips make it before a Christmas!

Honestly, I thought it would take a long time for my custom design for my chips to be worked on....but it didn't. I thought the processing/production of my chips would take a long time....but it didn't. And, I certainly didn't expect the whole "order to delivery" of my chips to be less than 2 weeks....BUT IT WAS!! I was very much pleased with the amount of time it took. This definitely isn't a hit on PokerChipLounge.com, but if I could do it again, I'd have been a lot more picky about my design to ensure it came out EXACTLY as I would have liked. It was my fault for not pressing them to see if they could make more changes to the design. Once again, that's not their fault. That was totally on me for not asking. I WILL be using them for my poker chip needs. They did a great job.

Standard chips should hold 20 in a row but these will only fit 19. This causes a huge inconvenience when trying to count/dispense chips

I recently ordered PCL's ceramic challenge coins. Throughout the process, PCL's staff communicated in an expedient and professional manner. They helped me develop my concept art into a finalized design. The print quality is good. Alot of fine line details from the art printed. The colors match well. The edge text came out good, though on some coins it is close to an edge, not completely centered. I will be ordering from PCL again.
