I was very disappointed that the poker chip box I ordered came to me damaged, apparently during shipping. The Poker Chip lounge team promptly created another custom box and shipped it within a week. Kudos all around.

I loved my sample Chipco classics. I wanted to order a set almost immediately after receiving them. The shipping, just for the samples, was just way too much. I'd hate to think what it would have been for an entire set.

I placed a custom order 10 days before Christmas (yikes!), using the "rush" process for both processing and shipping to ensure timely delivery and it all worked seamlessly. I ordered the craps rollout mat and rcvd the roulette mat instead. Christmas present shot. Very disappointed. Sorry to say. This product was recommended to me and then i passed on the same to friends. Shipping was expensive but I felt the product would be worth it.
