I have been using Poker Chip Lounge to make custom chips (Ceramic Military challenge coins) for 10 years. I have yet to have any issues and the quality and speed of delivery is excellent. I plan on continuing to use them year after year.

I received the chips and case yesterday. They are absolutely beautiful. Communication with your company was extremely unsatisfactory. Sometimes I would leave 4 or 5 voicemails with no reply. When I did get a live person, he had to check on availability, and didn’t call me back. Every step of the way was on me. I finally sent an email for a tracking number and it took days for a response. I know shipping from the factory is not in your control, but I honestly thought maybe you went out of business. Sorry, but you asked. Absolutely loved how this case turned out. They turned the vision in my head into a reality just by a quick description, and the end result was perfect. My husband absolutely loved it as his anniversary gift. High quality craftsmanship and beautiful detail.

This case is fantastic. The matte finish and green felt interior really give this case a classy look. The green is brighter in person than in the pictures. The case is generally well-made, and a nice touch is that the bottom of the box as well as the bottom of the top tray are lined with felt in order to prevent scratching surfaces. The side handles function well to carry the case (it is HEAVY when full of chips). I only have 2 critiques - the bottom of the box and the bottom of the top tray are made with a very thin board. I don't foresee this being an issue, but it's the only part of the case that doesn't feel premium.The other critique (and this is really more of a bonus) is that each section of the tray is designed to hold 25 chips for a total of 500, but I can easily fit 27-28 in each section. If you only have exactly 500 chips, they may seem loose inside the tray sections. Would definitely recommend this case.

I have a custom chip set with over 1000 chips. My game has grown some and i have had to add new chips. This company has always delivered great Customer service, a superb quality of the chip, and quick delivery.

Really nice black mahogany box, Modiano cards are like silk in your hands, and the 100% ceramic chips have a feel like no other!!👌🏼👍🏼 Only reason for 4 stars is a few of the ceramic chips were broken, maybe in transit... Overall, very nice products!!!😊

We ordered a small stack of custom card guards to be awarded to the top finishers in our company poker tournament. It turned out to be a big hit! The logo came out much better than I could have ever anticipated! Excellent work by the team!

I ordered this custom ceramic chip set. The company was good with a little bit of a slow start with the custom artwork but after we got going the design went well. They offered several changes with no complaints. The chips look great and I was able to order several different values to my liking. My only complaint is that I wish the chips were a little heavier. I know i got the weight that was advertised but wish I could have ordered them a little heavier. Also note that you have to order in increments of 25 chips. There were some that I wanted to order like 120 and had to order 125. Either way as of now I am happy and hope they will hold up.

Case came as advertised and quick turnaround from purchase to delivery.

This is the second year in a row that we have ordered engraved wooden boxes (for playing cards) for our high school hockey team senior night and it was a huge hit. The engraving with the team logo came out great!

The quality of the chips is excellent and the delivery was timely. Unfortunately they did short me 55 out of 1000 chip. They are working to right the issue

Just received my chips and they’re not what I ordered. Missing “$” symbol and colors are very different from what’s pictured. It’s my opinion that the photos used are not of the chips produced. I’ll update this post after contacting PCL to get my order correct. I ordered the chipco classics. I want to add to my current chips and thought to could get these to match. Not really close at all. Very disappointed.
