I have had very positive interactions with Poetry and like their fashions

My order arrived within a week of being made. This was very much appreciated.

Great delivery time to west coast of USA. Impeccable customer service on phone. My only wish is for more easy-care fabrics (ie: things that can go in dryer on low).

I love the quality of Poetry clothing! I first received a sweater as a gift and now it is my go-to site for sweaters for me and gifts for family. Shipping is so easy, and I appreciate that most orders arrive in a couple of days. You have to order early if you see something you like because it will sell out.

excellant

I love Poetry- lovely clothes, great sales help, and efficiently run.

Efficiency

Great packaging and shipping service.

Easy and pleasing!!

Shipping was fast and excellent quality apparel

This oversized jacket in size S was too large for my small frame, so I returned it and re-ordered the same jacket in size XS. The return and refund were effortless. The smaller jacket arrived quickly, and was as always, packed carefully.

Always excellent

Aside from having to wait for restock. . . good.
