Poetry's cashmere is beautiful. Five stars for quality. However, ordering from the web site can be tricky if your billing and shipping addresses are not the same. Pay attention or the item will go to the wrong destination.

I love Poetry style and quality. Shipping would work so much better if there was a warehouse in the US. The tariffs and customs are not the company’s fault, but my package took 19 days to arrive this time. Fed Ex requires a signature. They attempted to deliver the package to my office at 7 pm on Dec. 23. (You can never tell what day or time they are arriving by the tracking. ) We were leaving town for over a week on Christmas Day, so we had to go to pick up the parcel at some remote FedEx location on Christmas Eve during dinner preparations for a group. It was very inconvenient. So much for planning ahead and getting everything ordered so it didn’t conflict with Christmas plans. I have bought many items from Poetry over the years, and I have never been unhappy with a purchase.
