Items took a bit of time to get to me, which is understandable since I live in the US. The items came neatly packaged in a box which was very nice. However, shipping fees are high, and you are also charged for return shipping. This initially prevented me from trying Poetry. I eventually placed an order when the item I liked went on sale. I like my dress very much and will likely order from Poetry again. I feel the items are expensive enough to warrant free shipping and returns, or at least reduced fees.

I am pleased with this company so far. Shipping is fast. The fabrics are very high quality and they should be for the price. I do feel like they should offer more petite options. It seems both items I’ve purchased are very long. You can hem a dress but not a knitted sweater vest.
