Didn’t hear a response until over a week later, next time I’d just visit the store if shipping takes that long

This was my first experience buying from Splashes. I called with some questions and was out on hold for a very, very long time before before finally hanging up. I then sent an email and received a response to my question I placed the order and then called and asked the order desk at Splashes Victoria if someone else could pick up the order for me and I was told yes, no problem as long as the person had the order number and my cell number. When my friend arrived they were told that only the purchaser could pick up the order. It’s a good thing I had written an authorization on the invoice for my friend to pick up the toilet. I was disappointed in the overall service. Love the product.

I didn’t realize that my first review wasn’t including splashes I mentioned in it that we ordered the Toto toilet Tuesday afternoon and it was sitting outside our door Friday morning. We live on the Sunshine Coast so it had to travel to get here. Very good service.

The filters are doing what they should be doing. The service at Splashes was exceptional. It was easy to place the order. It had great tracking information and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

The customer service at Splashes is unmatched. They are so friendly, proactive in their communication about your order and helpful. The faucet I ordered was backordered but they offered to ship the rough-in separately to get the work started first while we wait for the trim. While this wasn't necessary, it was so thoughtful they offered this as an option in advance. It turned out I ordered the wrong rough-in for the faucet trim and they were so kind and helpful in processing the refund and matching a competitor's price of the correct rough-in. 10/10 highly recommend. Would definitely purchase from here again.

Excellent customer service. Item was delayed by manufacturer and they reached out via phone to see if we wanted to wait or cancel. It ended up arriving sooner than expected with excellent tracking.
