Good

Very pleased with the service and communication I received from Spashes. Thadd in customer service kept me updated and informed and I love my sink!

Things arrived as expected. Thanks 😊

Reliable one stop place I give 10/10 rating to Splashes Bath & Kitchen Placing an order was very easy

Quick shipping despite being special order!

We ordered a kitchen faucet set. The order was not placed by Splashes because it was ‘special order’ and they would not offer a refund if we wanted to return it. Took a week to actually get them to place the order. Then it took longer than they planned to get the faucet, to the point I had to threaten to withdraw the order if they didn’t deliver it pronto. Guess what…. It got delivered! Overall sucks compared to most online retailers. HOWEVER, at least they have a showroom where I can look at stuff and talk to a sales rep.

Over price for what we got.

Excellent service. Price was lower than the competition; delivery was free and quick. I have no complaints about my experience with Splashes, and will consider buying from them again.

Shipping selection package 👌

Shipping’s was incredibly fast and the product was exactly as described. Easy to install and worked like a charm!

Wrong shelf, size sent

The showroom folks helped a bunch and we found a shower head that meets our needs. The product seems great as well.
