After care service is second to none when the foam split on one of the poles and on another occasion a joint spilt all it took was an email and photo and new parts were despatched immediately. Our kids love it! Definitely shop here again. I've taken it down as we are moving house and theres a couple of splits in wood is a couple of pieces, so I need to find out what the customer service is like for replacement of these pieces.

We’ve had our swing set probably 10 years and Plum were very helpful sorting a new crossbar for the set, it slid in perfectly and is as good as new again.
