The product is fine as received. I was charged for next-day delivery even though there was a several-day delay. Upon querying this when told the product would be delayed, I was promised I would only pay the standard delivery charge. Not a huge amount of money, but I do believe people should honour their promises or at least be honest and say you are not getting a refund. That’s all.
