Poor packaged. The item was placed in a flimsy cardboard box that was not sturdy enough to take the weight of the lawn care product. The box was delivered open with the receipt visible. A different method of packaging needs to be employed such as wrapped in cling film like material.

I only realised we were running out when the groundsman asked me for the location of the new supply! I didn't have any! Again within 24 hours it was delivered and work was able to continue uninterrupted. thanks you.

Order was easy to place on website an was promptly confirmed as dispatched. However, although shipment was meant to be a single delivery, it was actually sent in two lots, a few days apart, with the last delivery arriving in a broken bag.

A very smart, sturdy, easy to instal product - BUT - my lawn was laid over hardcore drainage by the previous owner of the property. The result was that I had to dig out a hole for every single tine ( there are six on each piece and I had 20 pieces). This is not a criticism of the product but just a warning. The end result looks fabulous and I would certainly recommend it.
