I have a complaint. The quality of the delivery of this item was appalling and unacceptable. The parcel was delivered to a totally incorrect address not even the correct postcode , just dumped on a driveway 400 yards away from my address and the box was virtually disintegrated. No attempt to contact me despite me having provided you with the relevant details. Fortunately a workman at the incorrect delivery property had the good sense to contact me at my address, which was clearly visible on the parcel. Otherwise it would still be sitting on the driveway since the actual owner of the property is away!!
