Great product. Love the look with the pipe fitting and natural wood combo.

Everything was as ordered. They arrived Friday night, one box short. I installed them Saturday. On Sunday, the box that was missing arrived, without me reacching out to them!

The pipes and flanges ordered were top of the line products. Shipping was on time. Will order again from the company.

Made an initial mistake, failed to correct it. Now running late on building product for client because of failure to fulfill simple order.
