They refuse to follow up with their shipper when the package tracking hasn't updated for 6 days and claims that the package is "in transit" and "delayed". The shipper has far more ability to follow up than the recipient.

In general, the customer service, pricing and availability are great! My problem is with the actual shipping of the products. I received two separate boxes and in both of them the pipes were just banging around in there. Can you imagine what they look like after they arrived? I was using some of them for decorative purposes, and I really think they need to evaluate how they ship things in the future. As to myself, I am extremely disappointed and I’m not even going to bother for a new shipment because I’m not confident they would be shipped any other way.

Shipping was prompt and the product I ordered was well packaged and protected. I was also happy with the tracking information provided so that I could stay updated on the whereabouts of my items.

Great product

You did good!

Excellent experience. I saved money vs. Home Depot, my order was correct, and it arrived on time.

Great site, but sent. 3/4 instead of 1/2 flange.

They were as good as any we've purchased locally. When the first order got lost in the mail the company was quick to send us out the replacements. We would order from them again!

They are perfect and so happy I bought these!

PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE

Complete! Thank you!

Great product easy to order great shipping

Great service and follow up

Good products. Project came out great

It was alright. Got the job done. THanks.

Disgusting oily substance all over every pipe. Black greasy oil!!! Took a entire bottle and a million rags to clean it off . Color came off as well. Do not buy!! Not sure how they got good reviews. I will not purchase again.

Easy process for ordering the beautiful pipe legs we wanted. They arrived quickly and we were kept up to date on the shipping adventure to our home. Highly recommend this site and would order from them again.

Great!

Used the black pipe to create sturdy hangers for these custom made chalk boards. Works perfectly because of the strength, durability and look.

absolutely fabulous laundry room hanging
