I decided to use 1” black iron pipe for the base of my cedar bar top. The specific pieces I needed were not in stock at my local hardware store so I came straight to the source. Picking the right design and the pipe and connectors was simple and straightforward. Everything arrived within a week and the order was totally accurate. The pipe threads were clean and every piece fit perfectly. I have built shelves before with iron pipe and I am excited for my next project.

Product is great, but an unclear answer from customer service about caster size caused me to order wrong casters. I’ve now ordered what I hope are the correct ones.

The pipe kit made a perfect base for a table we had made to match our countertop. Looks great and is sturdy and well built.

They refuse to follow up with their shipper when the package tracking hasn't updated for 6 days and claims that the package is "in transit" and "delayed". The shipper has far more ability to follow up than the recipient.

In general, the customer service, pricing and availability are great! My problem is with the actual shipping of the products. I received two separate boxes and in both of them the pipes were just banging around in there. Can you imagine what they look like after they arrived? I was using some of them for decorative purposes, and I really think they need to evaluate how they ship things in the future. As to myself, I am extremely disappointed and I’m not even going to bother for a new shipment because I’m not confident they would be shipped any other way.

Shipping was prompt and the product I ordered was well packaged and protected. I was also happy with the tracking information provided so that I could stay updated on the whereabouts of my items.
