Our Pinnacle Account Manager, Sarah Brody, did an amazing job for us! She is our single point of contact and handles all communication on her side on our behalf. The Pinnacle art department has routinely been able to give us exactly what we ask for visually. We have asked for quite a variety of treatments for our logo and they hit the nail on the head every time and have made some fantastic recommendations as well. My company recently rebranded so we have been ordering giveaway items ranging from low to high, as cost is concerned. I would estimate that we have ordered around 10-12 promotional/giveaway items as well as about 15 different styles of shirts. Some of the shirts were embroidered, some were screen printed, and others used a heat transfer for graphics. There were many combinations of logo and color and print, and all were received in perfect order. Shipping was faster than expected as well and we ordered A LOT! All look so great, and I am so excited to give these to employees and customers alike!! It's safe to say that we have found our promotional products vendor and Pinnacle can count on many repeat orders in the future!

We had a unique sponsor logo that was proving difficult to be legible on other custom umbrellas. The design team at Pinnacle Promotions was incredible at offering various ways to ensure the logo looked prominent and legible. They were also very communicative at each and every step, from placing the order to shipment to delivery. We highly recommend their services and plan to use them again!

Pinnacle was great - good service, great printing and fast delivery. The cooler bags were meh, at best. The photo on the website gives the impression that the bags are structured, but they are not. They do not stand up on their own. The quality isn't great, but the price also wasn't bad, but I would like to have gotten the picture. I would not purchase this item again.

Really we had such a complicated order and the person supporting us through it was ideal. They got back to me timely and supported all my questions. We had 3 addresses (potentially a fourth) and multiple logos (4) and then there were just a TON of items. I also emailed with a priority shipping date. All in all the support was very good! and because of that we were able to meet or deadline- thank you!
The associates at Pinnacle Promotions have been excellent to communicate with. FedEx sent my order to the incorrect address after both I and the associate (Tina) at Pinnacle confirmed the correct address. ZTina reached out on my behalf to FedEx and did everything in her power to find the order that FedEx lost. Even though FedEx seriously dropped the ball, Pinnacle has made it right, and I will order from them again.
