The team was extremely helpful, responsive and timely. The ordering process was simple and clear. The brushes arrived earlier than expected - so that was all great. Unfortunately the logo was a bit off center and they were all packaged with the seam covering our logo - so the back of the brush is what you see clearly with the logo obstructed by the seam - we can manually rotate them in the package. . . . but it's a big hassle and time consuming.
