Just got my 3rd piecelhouse puzzle. Totally converted! I have a hugh 1000piece collection but the quality, packaging and images are second to none. Price is good too given the thickness/quality of pieces. Simply love your product! Ps oh and the zip bag is a genius idea!

I love all the Piece House puzzles. The artwork, quality of the pieces, colours, packaging and hours of relaxation is fantastic.

First time I ordered my item was received within days and the product was great. The second time I’ve ordered I bought 2. One for me and a friend. I have had no comms back and no delivery. I’ve sent customer forms and emailed twice and no one has replied. If someone could at least email me to let me know what has happened to my order that would help. I would always opt for the preferred channel but this is my last attempt at getting either my order or my money back.
