I have bought this puzzle as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. She is a very busy doctor doing delicate surgery. This will be a perfect gift for her to relax as she completes it. Living in Auckland this will remind her where she came from.

I love all the Piece House puzzles. The artwork, quality of the pieces, colours, packaging and hours of relaxation is fantastic.

First time I ordered my item was received within days and the product was great. The second time I’ve ordered I bought 2. One for me and a friend. I have had no comms back and no delivery. I’ve sent customer forms and emailed twice and no one has replied. If someone could at least email me to let me know what has happened to my order that would help. I would always opt for the preferred channel but this is my last attempt at getting either my order or my money back.
