I bought myself one of your puzzles as a treat for myself over Christmas and I just wanted to say I enjoyed this puzzle so much. Thank you for such a great design and for helping me survive this Christmas. My mental health has not been the best and I was dreading Christmas and this puzzle was such a pleasure to do it helped me survive

I ordered a mat and puzzle set on Dec 16 so that my jigsaw-obsessed mum would be able to work on a puzzle over Christmas. To make sure we got it in time, I gave our pre-Christmas stop as the delivery address. A package arrived on the 22nd, but it was only the puzzle with a note that the mat would be sent soon. When I bought the set there was no indication that the mat wasn’t available and I wasn’t alerted that it wasn’t being sent with the puzzle. Tried reaching out to PieceHouse but got no response. I have no idea when it will arrive, but it definitely won’t reach us by Christmas.

I love piecehouse puzzles, best for holding together, colour for puzzling at night and the gorgeous little pouch is an awesome bonus. I also love that part of my purchase goes to mental health. Piecehouse puzzles are gorgeous gift for others who like the mindfulness of working them.

I’m anticipating that this puzzle will be fantastic! It’s been bought as a Christmas gift, so still packaged up. However, it look promising and will be a lovely reminder of my childhood living in Wellington. Can’t wait to get it started - after Christmas!
