Very disappointed. Our first order was spot on. Second order was the same. I need a larger harness so I tried to get another harness. None were available but used ones which was fine. However after ordering it I never received it. Not sure what happened

Never received my order made in September

I ordered in September an anxiety calming bed and a leash and never received it! I was charged and wrote several emails to company with no one responding. I am contacting my bank on this matter and will NEVER buy another thing from this company!!!!

You could send me my order. It’s been at least six weeks. HAVE NOT GOTTEN THE BED OR A RESPONSE TO MY 5 EMAILS INQUIRING THE STATUS!!!!!!

I order a harness's for my puppy, but I never got it. I emailed them and send a picture of my order and never got an email or anything. I would not recommend it to anyone to buy stuff from company.

This company is difficult to reach when an order has not been delivered despite payment being made. It has been almost 2 months since I ordered a harness. It still has not arrived.

Ordered 3 different colors but ended up getting all Red!!

In this company all they want is your money. When I placed my order it took them about a month for them to send me my order. I emailed them more than two times and I was ignored. And the quality of the product is terrible.

The item never shipped so called and emailed several times with no reply. I disputed the charge with my credit card and they all of a sudden ship it. It arrives and since they changed their design a bit the sizing is now way off from the other 2 I had previously ordered. I asked for a return shipping label with no reply. I have since purchased from another company.

It took weeks to get the order shipped. Once shipped, I received numerous repeat updates. In this world where Amazon is dominant, shipping must be more efficient.
