Everything was perfect except the time it took to get the product.

Dog name spelled wrong! Wrong vest! No way to make contact for return or refund.

I still haven’t received my harness and have limited ability to contact you guys because you never email us. I would like my harness sent to my house or my money refunded. Payment was shown on my statement but yet I never have received the product and it has been months

Their Harness quality is OK though the leadtimes are disppoiting. By the time my order got delivered, I could’ve ordered from AMAZON 3 times and have better quality items. The leashes are cheap quality

After waiting 6 weeks for delivery, the small collar is too big!

I placed an order on February 10th. My credit card has been charged. It is now April 20th. I have not received the products and my emails to their customer support department have not been responded to. Based on this interaction I would not recommend doing business with this company

I never received my order # 73927 of two classic Pet Swag Bundles. I sent many responses back to you and never heard from you. I placed the order on Feb. 16, 2024, and paid $139.90 to my credit card for the order.

I reached out twice via email to inquire where my order #73823 that I placed on october 25th was and I Never got a response. I never received refund nor did I receive the bed. Super disappointed. My dog needed a new bed.

I’m very dissatisfied with you company. I sent back a swag that was too big. I requested a small. It’s been over six weeks and I still haven’t received the product. No refund either
