I’ve had some inconsistencies with products from this site, sometimes things seem old, I ordered 2 of the same thing & the boxes were different, and one had no box lining, I never received any follow up. The points system is great but otherwise not impressed with customer service at all

I love the monthly beauty box! Have been subscribed 2 years now and can't imagine canceling. It's like a little box of luxury every month and most products I use and really enjoy.

I love to get my little box and it is always a wonderful surprise. It makes me look forward to getting the mail.

The Cher mini is very beautiful and versatile and I love the quality and gold hardware. It's perfect as my everyday work bag. I can't wait to use it when I start work. The item was delivered promptly and with reduced packaging. Unfortunately, I was not provided with a dust bag with my purchase, which I normally would when I purchase on the main AR website.

Love my monthly subscription and recently purchased incense as a gift. The gift was easily shipped direct to fifteen and he was so pleased he called immediately after opening it to say how much he enjoyed it. Petit Vour products are always of high quality.

Delivery took far too long

I cannot wait to receive my beauty box each month. I like how I get a full size of a skincare product to try under a particular brand name. This gives me a chance to discover whether to order other products in that line. So far I have been pleased with other products I have ordered from Petit Vour, which weren’t necessarily in the beauty box.

The Petit Vour shop is fun, there are a wide variety of products and all high quality brands. Most importantly there are so many reviews that you can get some real info before buying.

Have shopped at petit vour for years. Love that there is one website I can go to where I know that the entire selection meets my values and I can just focus on the products themselves. The service is always excellent.

All the products have exceeded my expectations, and I like the curated collection and don’t feel overwhelmed when shopping online here. The skincare and beauty items in the subscription box come in good sizes and a good selection so that I can try them right away and determine whether or not it’s the right product for me or not.

They were size 9, not size 11, as advertised, but I gave them to someone with that size.
