I have been receiving the subscription box for 2 years. I recently moved and did an address change on my account profile. After not receiving my box at my new address I contacted customer service to inform them. I was told that it was showing that my box was being forwarded to my new address but in the same email that the subscription boxes were unable to be forwarded. (I had changed my address on the website prior to the box being shipped). After being told that the box would not be getting forwarded to my new address I requested that the box that I paid for just be refunded to me and then I’d just miss that month. I was then told that they would not be giving me a refund and if I wanted a new one shipped I would have to pay again for shipping. So I basically paid for a product I never received and the company was not willing to replace. Moving is already stressful and overwhelming enough, and to have to go back and forth with customer service to try and receive an item you’ve already paid for is simply frustrating and inconvenient. I cancelled my subscription and will be subscribing to a monthly box with another company. I work in client relations myself and personally value companies that want to provide their customers with a high level of satisfaction.

I just received my delivery PV Beauty Box. I read if you purchase this box you'll receive 5 to 6 items and I only received 4. I received 1 spf small item, a lip balm, eyeliner and vitamin C powder in a small jar. I'm sorry but it was not worth my money. I honestly thought their would be better samples to it but it is misleading. I am a new customer and I would not shop for another monthly box again. I'd rather go with Organic Bunny Box which is way more items worth your buck. Thank you but no thank you.

Loved all of the products in my box. Definitely worth the money. I've had multiple subscription boxes but loved this one the most. I even upgraded to the plus box because I wanted more full size products.

I was skeptical because I never heard of any of the brands in my box but I ended up loving every single thing I tried! I can see overnight changes with the Beauty Pie Overnight Skin Protector and the Aether Beauty eyeshadow is a perfect shade for me. I can't wait to keep trying these awesome products. The fact that the products are vegan and environmentally friendly is very important to me.

I love some of the products but usually end up with a few things I won’t use. The biggest offender was getting nail growth serum - twice - which apparently retails for over $70. It seemed far fetched.

I was so happy to find the Angela Roi handbag I had been looking for on Petit Vour. The pkg arrived quickly and was in perfect condition, which was not a surprise as I’ve purchased from them before. The selection, product availability and point program are great.

I am absolutely loving the boxes but... I moved in September and have not received Sept. or October boxes.. I have tried calling and updating my address over the phone and I tried online but still have not received anything.... Is it at all possible to send the 2 missed boxes to me along with November or credit me for the 2 months? Eva

My first experience receiving a damaged product and not being offered a refund for it. I got store credit minus the shipping costs

I loved the box and it came with many good products and good brands. However there is always some items one dont like when getting random things in a box, and if they are of high value (price) it can be a bit annoying. Anyways, I was always looking forward to recieve the box, and I would absolutely recommend trying Petit Vour to a friend that wants to explore great vegan products and have a bit of luxury each month.
