Really like receiving my monthly package. Some months, the items inside are better than others but I'm always excited to receive it. Shipping comes around the same time of the month and I like the automatic orders and the ability to skip when needed.

I get so excited to receive monthly boxes. Discovering and using new products that are also vegan and cruelty-free is an amazing deal. The packaging is eco-friendly too. I love Petit Vour!

I am very happy with the products from the PV store that I have been adding to my favorites list. Excellent customer service. I am very attentive to notifications of those products that I have not been able to find since they are sold out due to their high demand; I hope they are available soon 😊

for every box ive received theres only been one sample i would actually use. i also keep getting the same brands

I don't like that there are a repeat of the so-so items. I would love to have more of the osea skincare or facial masks instead of body lotions and eye pencils.

I received two bottles of hand sanitizer- one was obviously not as full as the other - these were purchased for gifts - I sent an email to PV explaining issue - received a shipment label to return the one bottle - I don’t currently have a printer at home - the point of shopping online was for convenience and safety during the pandemic - I did not go out to find a printer - I let the matter drop and took the loss for the bottle of sanitizer - all of this and I’ve been a monthly box recipient for a number of years - I’ve never had an issue before but this instance didn’t work out. As a note, I had a similar issue (broken box for this one) with another vendor who requested a photo and provided a replacement within days w no return of the defective box.

Despite it being fair-warm (which I have been told by professionals is my best match), it casts a darker tone and doesn’t sit well or blend well on my skin. I break out every time I use it.

Love Petit Vour! The monthly prescription box is a great value with a variety of high end products.

The boxes have gotten more underwhelming this year. 9/10 I always receive 1-2 products that contain ingredients that will break me out, like coconut oil (capric/caprylic triglyceride) which is frustrating. Fractionated coconut oil is fine, though. I always hope to receive fun boxes that fit the month. Like a Christmas themed box, or a summer mermaid theme box but never do. I always hope for something different every once in a while, like to receive a bottle of nail polish instead of all skin care or makeup items but that has never happened. I also wish I could receive cream eyeshadow atleast once but still haven’t. The boxes seem to be repetitive, comedogenic skin care and eyeshadow or eyeliner. I do love being subscribed but I am hoping that my review will spark a little change.

I've been shopping on PetitVour for a few years now and have noticed that both a variety of products/brands has decreased and it seems that the top sellers are rarely in stock or only a small selection of shades are offered. Im also disappointed that there was no meaningful information shared with those (including myself) who invested in the WeFunder campaign. I recall being promised deep discounts or exclusive offers to those who invested $300 or more and I for one, never received anything for my investment. PetitVour has become the place I shop when I know the product I need to restock on and can't find another retailer with better rates. Its no longer the place I enjoy shopping at.

I purchased a lip/eye/cheek stick and the product arrived with a cap that’s was not fitting at all. I reached out and asked for a refund or exchange for something else because the item is defective and they said no.

I absolutely LOVE Petit Vour! I mean, not only is it all cruelty free and vegan, in addition to only selling products with clean ingredients, but the many options as well- makeup, skincare, haircare, accessories, clothes, shoes, jewelry, and monthly beauty boxes! Name ONE website that has EVERY benefit, or even half the benefits I mentioned! Even with expensive products, many of them have travel-sized options available. Also great customer service!
