Shipped within a week !

Exchange return process is cumbersome. If multiple items to exchange/return cannot package all together. Each item must be done separate. This is particularly frustrating as the sizing for different styles is all over the board.

Shipping initially was great. I did an instant return and have received no shipping information. When I went to chat for help, I got AI responses that couldn’t even recognize my order number. Not very pleased with the return methods

The dress was so poorly made and unflattering the sizing made no sense.
