Terrible quality and terrible customer service

My dress came with a large rip in the chest area. Considering how much I paid for the dress, the quality should have been much better quality.

Great store to work with! Ordering was easy and shipping was quick!

Shipping was SO fast!! And the return process was easy and quick as well.

I'm completely devoted to P&P. Great designs. Unusually great customer service!

This was my first order from P&P, and I absolutely loved the color and style of the dress! Unfortunately, the fit through the chest was too restrictive. I initially ordered a size 10 and exchanged it for a 12, but unfortunately the 12 still didn’t fit properly in the chest area. I would highly recommend adding a little stretch or more room through the bust so the dress can accommodate a wider range of body types. I truly loved everything else about it and was disappointed that I couldn’t make it work. Since I had to return the second dress for a refund, I also ended up losing $10 in shipping/return costs during the exchange process. I would love the opportunity to try another P&P dress, as I really love the brand and this style was otherwise perfect.

Dress came super timely and had no issues

Need to go up a size but love it!

Arrived early!

This is a cute shop with really nice clothes. I was pleased with my purchases.

Great beautiful dresses. Definitely the shop to go to when you need a dress for any occasion.

Fast shipping, would love free or reduced shipping for returns.

Easy exchange when I ordered too big

Great customer service!

Love the quality of the clothes so much!

Great company on ally purchases

Service has been great, especially with returns.

I've found Petal & Pup to not only have great clothing, but to be amazingly fair-minded in responding to any glitches. Customers are always going to struggle with sizing or a style that just didn't work or some misunderstanding of policy. P&P treats you like a friend. They want you to be happy. Lol. I'm pretty sure this company is run by a boatload of really nice women!

Had to exchange for another size and it was very easy. Replacement came quickly and no charge for return shipping!

High-quality products for great prices!
