I've found Petal & Pup to not only have great clothing, but to be amazingly fair-minded in responding to any glitches. Customers are always going to struggle with sizing or a style that just didn't work or some misunderstanding of policy. P&P treats you like a friend. They want you to be happy. Lol. I'm pretty sure this company is run by a boatload of really nice women!

Ive never had an issue with shipping or quality. Some things fit me better than others, but everything seems nice. I came here for the dresses, and Ive since bought a bunch more stuff. I needed to return something, and rather than lose out on the shipping cost I chose to get store credit, which I received a week or two after sending back my return. I was then able to buy new things with the credit and I loved all those things. I will definitely be a return customer.
