Really great at shipping the purchases out, but took a very long time (over three weeks) to refund the item I returned - although they did communicate there would be a delay and were prompt to reply and action when chased at the three week mark.

Website is laid out well and fairly easy to navigate but is a little slow and clunky. Descriptions of individual items are accurate and photos are a very fair representation of clothing in the flesh. The sizing guide is really helpful. Items arrived as promised on time and superbly packed
