Brands plz take note! This is how i win! I bought a denim trucker jacket in size M. It got lost in transit but replaced super quickly. It felt a tad small. I sat wondering if i was overthinking this but returned it in the end for a larger size. The Percival team helped manually get me a QR code sorted when their system showed i was out of the returns window. My returns reached asap and a replacement sent immediately. The conversation spanned over a month, mainly from my laziness but Percival was always courteous and super helpful.
