I bought a wool car coat (blue navy) at their Soho store. Customer service was top-notch. I'm really liking my winter coat. It's something I've been looking for a while. It's warm and covers me against wind and cold, but doesn't feel too heavy. It's also extremely versatile as I can match it with formal and informal clothes. The only "but" (and it's a BIG "but") is that it's not really a wool coat. This coat is 50% wool, 40% polyester, and 10% other fibres. So it's actually half wool/half plastic. I wish Percival were upfront and transparent about this. This information wasn't on the website, so I felt it was a tad misleading. We don't need anymore plastic around us, and people should have all the information laid out before making a purchase. I'm still quite happy with the coat, but transparency matters.
