These guys do a really great job at this location. I originally moved here from severe County Tennessee, and was amazed to actually see a pepper palace at the Woodburn outlets. They were surprised to see my Tennessee ID, which has evidence of my origin from Sevierville, Tennessee. I am so proud of my Tennessee and happy that I’m able to purchase the hot sauces that I love the most also your guises horseradish nasal napalm is amazing thank you for all you do the gentleman that runs the show. There is very good at what he does and loves his job. Thanks again.

I received my order a few weeks ago with one broken seal/ leaky bottle, and the rest were great. I contacted customer service and have not heard back. I’ve since gotten a couple emails requesting feedback so now I’m wondering if this is the better way to get help? Generally speaking, I think Pepper Palace produces high quality products. This is my first experience ordering online vs purchasing directly in the stores so I’m interested to see how shipping difficulties are handled.

Timely delivery, everything was packaged very well. Order one of my husbands favorite wing sauces and purchased a couple of new things we had not tried before and everything we have tried so far has been excellent.

I love this place. If you like hot sauce then you need to go.
