We were traveling to New Orleans from Milwaukee. The attendant at the store was very helpful suggesting to ship my selections for a super reasonable fee. She checked warehouse availability as well. If she didnt suggest shipping it totally would have slipped my mind.

Recently received my order delivered by USPO with two of the six bottles broken. Sent an email to Pepper Palace and received instant response replacing the bottles and apologizing for the delivery damaged by shipper.
