The Pepper Palace is great in National Harbor is a great store, and the employees there are very knowledgeable, and friendly, I really enjoyed the experience.

LOVE "Nasal-Nepalm", for my money it's the best horse radish. I usually get it at the store in the neighboring town of St. Augustine FL, but they were out of it. The clerk suggested I get it online, so I did. Mind you, "Nasal-Nepalm" is supposed to be kept refrigerated, and I live in Florida. It arrived amazingly packed in an insulated box, surrounded by (apparently) frozen gelatin ice packs. Well, they shipped via the USPS so by the time it arrived at my residence the ice packs had thawed, and the "Nasal-Nepalm" had reached ambient temperature. Not good for a product that needs to be kept refrigerated.

Finally, my 5 pepper salsa is back in stock!

This company is the greatest, love their sauces and it's the only place i go to get my stuff. I live in Canada and was sad to see the one & only store in Edmonton close. I was concerned i would be able to get them again. But i have ordered online and their packages get delivered no problem! Great customer service! You have a loyal customer here :)

This is a very flavorful sauce with a good kick. It's pretty much the only sauce I use.

I had a great experience at the shop with my grandma. The employee who assisted us was knowledgeable and friendly. The selection is large and being able to try everything is a novel experience that we enjoyed.
