Love visiting the Charleston store. We got some items there and had to order some that were out of stock. Something happened at fulfilment and an item was not delivered. It was NO problem, at all. the correction was made quickly and with a "smile. " Great customer service and accountability.

This was on my list of places to check out on a recent trip to Sevierville. We were planning to stop in at the store in Gatlinburg, and then by happy accident discovered where we were staying was less than 5 minutes from the retail outlet in Sevierville. We have a location nearby in Frankenmuth MI and up until our visit I didn't even realize all the sauces were made right there in Sevierville which added to experience. They have a ton of fun sauces, spice rubs, and much more and you can sample just about everything in the store. The lady working the counter was super helpful and informative about the different styles and profiles of their sauces and made a lot of great suggestions of things we might like. Ended up getting 4 bottles of the sauces I liked best as well as a couple spice rubs which I'm excited to try cooking with. You can order everything online as well, but highly recommend going into the store to get an idea of the heat levels and flavors if you have a location near you.

Pepper palace has been an absolute joy to discover! My husband and I stumbled upon the store at OVP, and have returned several times. The service and selection of sauces are spectacular, and we find the products very high quality. Fantastic!
