LOVE the sauces! The perfect amount of heat and fire while the flavors are very present and taste so delicious! There’s a reason this stuff sells out all the time!

Received my order and the container had gotten supper hot and opened in transit. I have reached out many times to get a replacement but not a single response. At this point I want a refund. After seeing other people’s reviews this is a common thing with them.

I love your selections, it does make it difficult for me because there are so many good products to choose from. I do wish that you would find a better shipper than the USPS. My last order took way too long to arrive and even though I was able to track it, I watched the order arrive at my post office only to be sent back to the postal distribution center for Atlanta, then bounce around different postal facilities, before coming back to my post office and finally being delivered to me. Other than that, I enjoy shopping on your site.

I absolutely love every hot sauce I get from here. I love spicy food but don’t want to forgo flavor for heat. Pepper palace does a great job of ensuring the flavor is top priority while creating incredibly spicy products. Love everything I’ve tried!

Our experience at Pepper Palace was great. The employee was kind, personable, made great recommendations, and was very accommodating. We chose 4 bottles of sauce after tasting the ones that looked & sounded good. And at the recommendation of the employee there that day. Will be back again because the service & sauces are 10/10

Yes, the service was excellent at the Onyx Hill location. The gentleman employee named G assisted us in finding the products that we need. He had excellent product knowledge and also great customer service. He was friendly and professional, and had a lot of patience with us.
