The Piri piri hot sauce was too watery. Worst hot sauce ever. I used a gift certificate but will never spend a dime again at your crappy business.

At least your mouth could be. Lots of great hot sauce and some not so hot sauce. Several seasonings and so many new things to try. My kids love to go to the store to see if they can find something too hot for dad. .

Store is amazing. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. It’s a benefit that you can try things. Found my favorites and I’m sure we will be back for more.

We stumbled into Pepper Palace during our Christmas trip to NOLA and didn’t expect much…but wow, we were hooked almost immediately. The variety is amazing, and the staff made tasting fun instead of overwhelming. We fell in love with a couple of sauces so much that we had them shipped home — and now they’re our go-to hot sauces for everything. The quality and flavor are seriously next level, not just heat for the sake of heat. We’re already excited to try new ones once these are gone.
