Was so happy to find the French Quarter Creole seasoning on your website- we LOVE that stuff!

Tried 5 different flavors, 6 bottles. Ask were good except the Smoked Serrano. It's so thick it will not come out of the bottle. Turned it upside down, smacked it on the bottom and shook the heck out of it and it will not budge. Left voice mail and have not heard from company. Was planning on ordering more but resolution of this could change my mind.

The French Quarter Creole Seasoning is my favorite from ANYWHERE for cooking Cajun dishes! I'd choose to just not cook a Cajun dish if I was out of it. I give it the highest praise!

My group was visiting Gatlinburg and Sevierville, TN like we do every year. We were walking around at the Island and saw a Pepper Palace. We went in and they said we could try the seasonings and sauces. We had so much fun, laughing and really enjoyed our experience in there with the staff. We greatly appreciated their attentiveness and suggestions. We purchased 3 times each and received one bottle for free! Thank you. We plan to enjoy our flavors and we will return.
