Great BBQ Sauces and spices, make sure you know your heat level before buying. Some sauces and spices are very hot, all their sauces have a great flavor but some are just to hot for me. The price seems high but you don't need to use as much as some other sauces.

Man, I am so glad I found this place. I’ve been looking for a couple of years to get some homemade hot sauce since our local country woman (sadly for us) retired. Definitely was tired of the same old, same old stuff on the grocery store shelf. This stuff is literally the HEAT. I stumbled across this store, tried a bunch of different ones, and took home more than 5. I had been enjoying all these, and don’t have any boring chicken - now it’s BANG! I use it on tuna melts, chicken salad, almost everything … and I love the layers of heat. Fantastic. This is now my go-to place for hot sauce! I’ve even turned my younger kids into fans with the Hot Honey.

I am a Pepper Palace fan for many, many years. More recently, the local Pepper Palace stores closed, & I ordered through the website, which is fine. Seems that the more popular sauces and products that show out-of-stock, continue to be out-of-stock. You would think that if you offer a product that is in high demand, you would increase your production od that product. Several years ago, I bought your Ghost Pepper Powder. It was the best to increase the heat, with just a sprinkle. I've learned that you don't offer it any more, and it was my favorite. Please let me know if it becomes available or if you offer another similar product. Keep up the good work, Billy Allums
