Love the product and the service. Used to visit the palace in Gatlinburg.

Pepper Palace resolved a shipping problem. We had a bad shipping experience. Some of the jars arrived broken. It was obvious something happened in shipping. I was unable to reach anyone by phone, but did have success by emailing. Once someone got back to me, I provided evidence of the damage by photos and descriptions. Then they shipped replacement products for the broken jars. We have been customers for years, their salsa is superior to what is available in most stores. We typically buy in the store when we travel near their stores. We have bought online several times without incident. So this was our 1st bad experience, but Pepper Palace made good and resolved the issue. I would buy from them again. Thanks to customer service!

Everyone's taste is different, this is my take on the subject of products at Pepper Palace. They are helpful in their service and knowledge of their products. Just ask what they recommend and answer a few questions. Now of course you can pick your own, but they haven't been wrong in their selection for us. It all most seems like they have a unlimited number of products to try.

I honestly love your products. And most of the time I've been in your locations, I feel like I've been treated well. I did have a day where an employee was obviously crediting her personal account with points from my purchase, but it's okay. I love your products, so I continue to return every time I need a new sauce supply.

Great tasting hot sauces!

Ours is a redemption story. Our previous visit was in Lake George, and the store clerk was rude and abrasive. This visit was in Burlington VT and the salesperson was warm, welcoming, and quite helpful. We had an enjoyable experience, and the guy was a joy. At the first location, we returned a bottle my son felt pressured into buying. At this location, I willingly bought 8 bottles of hot sauce. No pressure sales allow for the customer to make their own choices. If this guy had tried the pressure tactics, this would have probably been the last time we went in. As it is, we already visited again since our purchase of the 8 bottles. At any rate, I wish I remembered his name, but he did a great job and made us feel welcome and gave us all the hot sauce we wanted to try.
