Pepper Palace customer care is not what it should be. When the company shipped 8 bottles of glaze for an order that called for 4 and 4 bottles of rub, they should have told me to keep the four and sent me the rub. Instead, I had to mail back the extra bottles before they would send me the rub. When I complained, I got a $10 certificate toward future purchase. Excellent products…. . poor customer care,

Nothing Went Wrong
I love pepper palace. Very different varieties that are wonderful. I've introduced my friends to pepper palace and they love their purchases. My favorite is the coffee rub. My last visit I bought so many different spices, and hot sauces (of course I had to also buy three coffee rub). The staff are always helpful. I know shopped at the Galleria Mall in Buffalo NY October 25,2025. Time 3:08. The young man and woman who worked that shift were wonderful helping me and my friend. I see on receipt it says SyAnna S. Both, the young man and woman were very informed, attentive , and helpful.
