It is nice to find one place to purchase nice writing instruments. Pencils are my preferred method of keeping notes at my desk. Your cedar pencils are a nice experience.

I’m not sure how to answer this because I have to get a pencil sharpener so haven’t used the pencils. I’m going to guess I will rate them Great once they’re sharpened. As for the erasers I got, I’m not sure how to rate them since I don’t know how to use them. Anyway, please stop sending me emails.

As a collector of wooden pencils, I have to say these Made in USA pencils are a great value. Using incense cedar, and quality graphite makes these pencils ones that you want to use. I highly recommend!

My order arrived on time and in tact, as we should expect. Blackwing 602 is one of my favorite pencils but not the only one I use. . . smooth and consistent, high quality and never any grittiness. I like having them because they are unique, but admittedly, that uniqueness is why they're overpriced and it forces you to buy the custom erasers rather than regular cap erasers that fit most other pencils. It's a gimmick, but I still like them.

Great products and great customer service

Ordered and waited for 3 weeks and about 8 emails to determine whether my shipment went out or was cancelled. Close to the same experience as last year. No recompense offered, just a lot of ‘yes, no, maybe?’ responses to emails.

Great. What else is there.

The pencils we ordered for our school look great and they were shipped quickly. The font and icon selection is great, too. My only suggestion is to expand the colors a bit. Our colors are navy blue and maroon and the closest we could get are regular red and blue. Thanks for doing such a great job!

The quality of the pencils themselves is high. They sharpen well, the natural wood is very nice, and I love the black eraser. This print quality is not what I hoped and there is not an option to make the print larger (it is very very small on the pencil). There is not image option, only type. Some pencils came out looking very inky and imprecise.

I love Pencils. com, but my most recent experience wasn't what I'm used to. No one responded to my initial emails using their online form when my order arrived incomplete, and it's not clear that the messages ever went through. Even still, I left phone messages as well, and no one responded. It took about 2 weeks for someone to respond to my many calls and emails and finally today, 26 days after the problem presented, I have the rest of my order. We live in a world where we are used to things being instantaneous, but I would say, if you are buying from Pencils. com for time sensitive purposes, allow much more time than you usually would. I placed my order about three weeks before I needed the items, but it wasn't long enough to allow for an error. The last order error had to do with getting someone else's order, and it was handled beautifully and quickly, so I don't know what was going on this time around.
