I ordered a bulk pack of 144 Golden Bear pencils but received only 12 pencils instead. There is no customer service phone number, and despite emailing the company twice, I have received no response. It is ridiculous to spend $40–$50 for only 12 pencils. I would not recommend this company.

Pencils always came in boxes of one gross, this time they were just loaded in three boxes. Not good for our use. Might have to find a different vendor next time!

These truly are the best quality pencils out there. As a teacher, I go through pencils quickly. I got very frustrated when my Ticonderogas began splitting and would sharpen unevenly. The company had changed. So I searched for a replacement and found these. They sharpen perfectly every time! Make sure you have a good sharpener. You Don't want to waste any of this pencil to a dull sharpener. They have a great eraser, too. And customer service is superb.

I ordered two posters on 12/6 and they did not arrive until 12/27. This is not acceptable in 2025.

I will not be ordering from pencils. com again. I placed an order on October 3rd. I was not even shipped for 1 full week then took over another week to get to me on October 20th. Very poor service. It would have been nice to be informed beforehand of your slow practice of fulfilling orders,
