Not what I would expect for a well known window manufacturer.

When I bought the contractor I was dealing with didn’t explain single hung vs double hung. These two windows are for our kids windows on the second story and I can’t open just the bottom it’s 25 feet and our children are 2 and 3 there are also not child security locks so having these expensive windows are now pointless for us because we will never be able to open them

Windows are extremely overpriced. I pay half for windows from another supplier. The windows look nice but spending 450 plus on custom windows is insane. . . . The shipping of 500 dollars is completely rediculous especially since I'm only an hour from the warehouse. I'm truly unsatisfied and will not be a return customer
