We did get off on the wrong foot. Apart from the advertised Free Delivery - it wasn't. Then I was told a delivery date of 03/12/24. Because of Black Friday it was delivered on 06/12/24 and if pedl hadn't intervened it would be delivered a lot late. There was 3 days without any communication from the courier - I had thoughts of missing or stolen delivery - not nice!!! When the bike arrive the packaging was extraordinary - best I've ever seen!!! Took an hour to unwrap. The build was pretty easy - had it together in a few hours. Absolutely great quality. The bike comes with a few things not advertised, namely Tool Kit with puncture repair, a rear tail light, rubber straps on the carrier, cell phone bracket and a bike stand. Everything worked as advertised, nothing flimsy or shoddy. The ride is excellent, very smooth and quiet with and abundance of power and great brakes. The Mamba Savannah also accelerates very smoothly when using the hand throttle. Comfy seat, battery charged and air in the tyres - ready to ride. Great Purchase with plenty of value for money. Highly Recommended. Well done pedl!!!

I’m extremely satisfied with my experience at PedL E-Bikes & E-Scooters. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, patiently answering all our questions without making us feel rushed. I left the store very happy with my purchase. You can test the bikes in-store, purchase a display bike directly, or arrange for home delivery. It’s worth noting that boxed bikes are kept in the workshop, which is closed on weekends. I visited on a Saturday and couldn’t buy a boxed bike on the spot, so I placed an order in-store and returned on Monday. That said, they offer free delivery within the Sydney metro area, which is a great convenience. Overall, I’m very happy with the service, the store, and especially the fantastic team working there!

Good knowledge great service

I find this ebike very suitable and enjoyable for commuting - it is comfortable, has good range (about 70km for my commute) and all functions work well. The only negative is that the rear derailleur didn't shift properly initially. I took it to a local bike shop and they sorted it quickly and I'm now enjoying the Moscow Plus even more! I bought the 29" model as I am 189cm tall. I would suggest that anybody shorter than about 186cm consider buying the 27. 5" model (I can only just touch the ground with one foot on "tipee toes"). Very happy with my purchase from PedL.

Love the bike. It’s built so well. Very comfortable to ride. Excellent fast Delivery within a week. However I do feel it’s a little big for me. Think I would have referred the smaller one think it’s called mamba with slightly smaller wheels. Might have been better for shorter people.
