i had a level 1 e-bike service yesterday, my bike is insane. It’s as if it’s brand new. So clean and feels like the mechanic pulled the whole bike apart and put it back together. . both guys in the workshop I dealt with were divine. It’s definitely the best bike shop in Sydney. . Many thanks. .

You did terrible you did not deliver the bike after two months. We’re still waiting we receive apologies but we do not receive the product or should be done to make sure you deliver the product on time and provide a service that you actually act act as you have instead of using rhetoric and words to try to explain why you’re not doing what you’re supposed to be doing
They sent me the wrong item and now customer service is not responding to my emails to rectify the problem

Courier informed us bikes had been collected from Sydney and were due to arrive at home on the Sunshine Coast on Thursday. One bike turned up a week later after many emails and phones calls. The other turned uo the following Tuesday (12 days after they were due. ) They were both in stock so why were they delivered separately without informing us. Couriers also should be transparent, contactable and trueful regarding where your product is and when they estimate its delivery. We had a trip organised taking our bikes and were let down significantly. Customers don't care how long it takes as long as we are told the truth at the time. Simply say 'bikes are in stock so delivery will take between 5-10 business days and we will keep you posted!" If the courier cant do their job, get a different one!! It has to be mentioned the staff at pedl tried their best once they were aware of our missing purchases and did their best to track our bikes down, but their courier is an extension of their business and reflects directly on them. . Folding Bikes actually look decent and were already together which was a good surprise.
Great, prompt service and very speedy delivery. I was impressed how quickly my bike was delivered. My second purchase, a helmet, was delivered just as quick. I'd been researching e-bikes for months online, to find what I considered, the best bike and best value I could find, as this was my first e-bike. I am very happy that I chose Pedle amongst all the others. . . I would totally recommend them to everyone who is thinking of purchasing an e-bike, or anything bike related. . . 10 / 10 !!

Just bought my son the Fatboy Bagus and honestly, he is living his best life. The freedom this bike has given him is next level - he’s already clocked nearly 100km in the first week! He’s riding everywhere, even heading off on little fishing trips, and treating the bike like absolute gold. Couldn’t be happier seeing him so stoked.
