Their own brand Mamba is excellent and a great place to start evaluating which e bike is for you . These guys live and breathe this tech specialist area . They are experts . They are very genuine It’s a very cool store I bought a beautiful Aventon Level 2 ebike . It’s crazy good and you get a lot for the price . This store made me happy!!!!!!!!!!!

Quick service and very good, as described, product. Bit unclear what was included with the bike so ended up with 2 phone holders and rack didnt fit but overall v good.

Shipping was quick although helmet and lock did not arrive from store. In the end I was offered a reimbursement which I didn’t think equated to the value of the helmet and lock. All in all though, a pretty decent experience
