Quick service and very good, as described, product. Bit unclear what was included with the bike so ended up with 2 phone holders and rack didnt fit but overall v good.

Shipping was quick although helmet and lock did not arrive from store. In the end I was offered a reimbursement which I didn’t think equated to the value of the helmet and lock. All in all though, a pretty decent experience

You should improve your delivery. and double check the item to be delivered complete!

The Fatboy Scrambler is a great bike. As a 65 year old I'm loving the style, utility and ease of operation and the range - so far used 26% of battery to cover 70km, pedal and battery use. PEDL provided great service, answered a few of my pre-purchase questions over the phone and were very competitive on price. Delivery to regional Victoria was a bit slow (10 days).

Quick and easy shipping and good help with questions

Recently purchased two Mamba Venom Double strike bikes via online for my eldest daughter and son in law. Bikes were very well packaged, arrived promptly and were straightforward to put together. Then not only look the goods, they are awesome to ride. Have been riding e bikes for past ten years and these are the real deal. To have bikes of this capacity and quality out of the box makes this bike a serious contended in any purchase consideration.

I purchased a HIPLOK D1000 lock and two e-bike helmets. The products arrived very quickly, and the site and delivery service were excellent. I highly recommend Pedl!

Great Service

Recently brought a Fatboy Harlem to get around our suburb near the beach. The weekends in summer are impossible with roads & car parks full. So easy to get anywhere along the coast now with lots of places to park a bike. My wife now takes it to get to her surf lifesaving patrols without having to worry about leaving early or finding a park. We are both now getting on the bike whenever we can leaving the car behind getting more sunshine, fresh air and exercise. The bike is fantastic, but my wife finds the suspension is very tight (still new) and seat padding is firm. Great for "offroad" and handling but not so for the long distance cruising she is now doing a lot more of than we expected. Would be great if there were replacement parts available to soften / lower the rear suspension for smaller people.

The bike is great but the effort required to purchase it was draining. Nobody answers the phone and nobody responds to emails!! What sort of business ignores prospective purchasers?
