Could definitely be more timely with how long it takes to get a new pedal once you send one back. Also seems like you start at the bottom of my que to the least wanted pedal every time too. Aside from that, it’s a great service and very useful to help decide what kind of pedals you like.

I love this service, great idea, saves time and money as well as is inspiring to play more than any local music store. However, the website and subscription software need updating as I have had issues putting my acct. on hold and re-activating. The website does not update when I have already received the pedal, so I had to do my own maintenance to remove pedals once rented. Otherwise, great service and they always aim to resolve an issue. Thanks!

Pedal Genie is an incredible service. I have been renting pedals from them for over a year now. With all the pedals out there, pedal genie gives you a way to try these pedals out on your set up at our pace to really understand if a pedal is right for you. It is especially useful for those who don't have easy access to music stores that carry a wide range of pedals. I started on the standard plan and now have moved to the professional. The group at pedal genie have been wonderful in answering any questions i had and on the incredibly rare occasion where something wasn't right, pedal wasn't working they remedied the situation immediately. If you are thinking about trying this service out, DO IT!

I’ve been a Pedal Genie subscriber for over 6 years now, and from day 1 until now I’ve loved every bit of this service. Half my board is populated with stuff I e rented and then bought directly from PG. it’s enabled me to really explore, experiment, and learn about different kinds if FX, stuff I never would’ve known about or bought had this company and this type of service existed. I recommend it to my students ALL THE TIME as an ideal way to cost-effectively explore the wide world of guitar sounds within the comfort and convenience of your own home. Can’t say enough good things about Pedal Genie! These guys rock!

I have yet to get my pedal, but that could be any day now (I’m super patient); so no worries. I think what I particularly like about this company is how fast they reply back to their customers. I was surprised that I got an email back like 5-10 minutes after sending an email.

As someone who has a great deal of experience with effects pedals, the variety of pedals today is truly overwhelming, and trying to sift through the myriad of pedals offered is impossible buying one & a time & selling off if it doesn't suit my needs. Pedal Genie Pro account is fantastic so far! My first 3 pedals arrived days after I set up my account, and I had plenty of time to test them out. Now I'm filling up my wishlist & eagerly waiting my next shipment. Only with Pedal Genie can I find the pedals that really work with my rig. My days of flipping pedals - and all the extra expense & stress - is OVER! Anyone who is serious about finding the PERFECT pedal without a lot of expensive trial & error should consider using Pedal Genie!

After a year or longer of not using pedal genie, I came back to get an Oceans 12 reverb. Not really knowing if they were carrying the pedal. So I emailed and got a pretty quick response about my dead subscription and the Oceans 12. After a couple emails back and forth I am waiting for the Oceans 12 to be shipped, I can't be happier with my interactions with pedal genie .

I love this service, in a world full of too many choices it has helped me attain clarity and joy when I get to try a pedal in my own rig on my own time. However, after many years the website could be designed better. There are error messages and we have had issues when I chose to cancel(in order to take a break) and restarting my account. A pause feature would be less troublesome on both ends of the spectrum. I have had pedals remain on my list after already trying and mailing issues for the same reason. If these issues can be resolved, then this would be a perfect service. Thanks!
