Excellent service and very fast delivery

Customer focus is crazy high at Pearl Paradise. They go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied.

I have always had great service from Pearl Paradise.

Received the necklace exactly when they promised.

Pearl Paradise, the name says it all. From selection, to extensive education on pearls including country origin, their site is a one stop shop. In addition, their client services online was swift and a bit of a surprise but very welcomed. Lastly, the shipping, FedEx with tracking. The package presentation of the pearls are elegant and the Thank You card from Jeremy is a nice touch.

As always Tyler helped with this order and setting. He is awesome and reliable!

Great costumer service, amazing quality of the jewelry and the presentation. Fair price.

Pearl Paradise is the whole package. They will do zooms if you need to see a piece in detail, they ship fedex in beautiful packaging, they make returns very easy. But that would all be nothing if they didn't have such beautiful and unique jewelry! Overall, just a wonderful company to deal with!

Tyler is just so nice and easy to work with. He helps me with all my orders! He is awesome!!!

good

Nice

From ordering to shipping and quality of the pearl 👌 its spot on. We couldn't be happier!!!!

Bracelet was too small for my wife’s wrist. Some of the pearls had deep imperfections in both shape and surface. Was said to be more blue colored pearls but were not, just typical colors. Would have gladly paid a higher price for better quality. In the end I ordered another pearl bracelet for my wife through my jeweler and gave yours to our teenage daughter as costume jewelry.

Awesome experience, fantastic customer service. Easy return.
