The experience was great. The shipping was fast and the product was quality. Read lots of reviews online and they all pointed to Pearl paradise as being the best place to get quality.

Excellent customer service.

Nice

Exceptional Tahitian Pearls & Outstanding Service!!!! I am absolutely delighted with my Tahitian pearls! Mr. Jeremy Shepherd and Mrs. Hisano Shepherd were so kind, thoughtful, and accommodating. They went above and beyond to understand and address my special needs, making the entire purchasing experience smooth, comfortable, and truly memorable. Their personal attention and genuine care meant so much to me. The pearls themselves are simply stunning, with exceptional quality and beauty. I couldn't be happier with my purchase or more grateful for the wonderful experience. My heartfelt thanks to Mr. Jeremy and Mrs. Hisano for making this such a special experience. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful pearls and truly exceptional service.

Extremely responsive !!

This is probably my 10th purchase. I love the quality, and enjoy participating in their sale events. I've had them make several pieces that were longer length or custom settings for pearls I purchased, and the result is exactly what I wanted.

Outstanding all the way around.

My wife loved the black pearl earrings I got her from Pearl Paradise a while ago, and so come our anniversary I didn’t hesitate to go a new piece from this shop. I was in a hurry in between meetings and couldn’t push the delivery/pick to next week as I was flying out - the stuff were super accommodating of my needs and arranged an in store pick up after hours. My wife loves her new bracelet and I will absolutely come back again

Very prompt delivery and free shipping is always a perk!

Highly recommend! I purchase all my pearls from pearl paradise. The customer service is wonderful.

Great quality

I had a great experience with Pearl Paradise. The service was excellent, communication was smooth, and the whole process was very professional. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and would happily shop with Pearl Paradise again.

Customer service was as expected.

Nice and respectful

I’m happy with my purchase. Pearl Paradise is a BBB rated business that I had confidence in using. My mom always wanted to give her granddaughters an 18” pearl necklace for their high school graduation gift. She was able to do this with the three oldest. Unfortunately, she passed away before the others graduated. I was able to assist my father and purchase the other five strands where they were as close to the same as possible. Pearl Paradise enabled me to purchase five similar, high quality strands all at one time. Packaging and shipping were excellent. My family is grateful we were able to fulfill my mother’s wish. I recommend them!

The Pearls As One course has been extremely helpful to me. The program offers a wealth of knowledge covering the rich history of pearls, their value factors, and many other fascinating aspects of the industry. Through this training, I have fallen in love with pearls even more. I greatly appreciate the wonderful learning opportunity provided by the authors. They are incredibly knowledgeable and dedicated to sharing their deep expertise with a larger audience. They are truly making a lasting impact on the pearl industry and for pearl lovers everywhere. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to become a certified pearl expert!

Best customer service ever!!

Tyler, Thank you for helping me purchase this gorgeous pair of Tahitian pearl earrings from the Assael Collection.

Perfect experience

Thank you Pearl Paradise for never disappointing ! I was fortunate enough to have purchased a stunning pair of stud peacock earrings from the Assael Collection. The colors are so vivid and they match my peacock pendant that I purchased from Pearl Paradise last year. I get compliments on this set just about every time I wear them. Thank you again, Kimberley Johnson
