Gorgeous pearls that are somewhat smaller than my other Tahitian strand, but the luster is off the charts. These are flawless AAA and gem quality and a superb range of colors from silver to pistachio to dark peacock. The only reason I don't give this strand a 5 is that when I had my design consultation, I emphasized that the finished strand MUST be a full 18" because of my neck, and it's a bit short. I was disappointed that either the consultant didn't listen or didn't take good notes. But I love it too much to send it back for adjustment, as I had to do in the past with my golden South Sea strand.

However, when my partner first wore them, her hair would get stuck in the studs—between the pearl and dish on the post. I reached out to customer support and within a day I received an explanation of the problem, an offer to repair, and a return label. Two weeks later I had them back without any issue.
