I like the gloves a lot but they're too tight in the thumbs. I'm hoping they stretch out. According to the size chart, I should have gotten a size Medium. After reading the reviews, I thought I was playing it safe by going to Large. The L is tight in the thumb, so I won't be able to fit liner gloves if I ever want to go super cold in these (though these are super warm so I don't see the need). As far as warmth goes on my chilly morning bike commutes, they seem perfect in the 20F - 30F range as the listing suggests. Fingers are totally warm there! I haven't tried them below 20F but am sure they'll perform great.

Great customer service. Was not thrilled with the gloves I bought because they didn’t meet my expectations based on the website specifications but they made the return painless. The lack of fifth star is solely because the website advertisement for these gloves was misleading (unrealistic temperature range).
