Not satisfied with outcome

I ordered a pair of women’s road shoes online and paid full price. The day I received the order, the shoes went on sale for $57 less. I called Pearl Izumi and was told they would not issue a refund for the price difference. I would need to return the pair of shoes I received and order a new pair to get the discounted price. If I had ordered the shoes 2 months ago, I would understand that policy. Since I just received the shoes the same day they went on sale, it seems Pearl Izumi could refund me the difference without having to go through the process of returning, ordering, and waiting another week+ to receive the shoes. This is not good customer service.

Pearl Izumi was moving the USA warehouse when I ordered these so I knew it would be a while. I got a lower than full price deal that they were running so I had to grab. After waiting two weeks, I called and emailed to check on how the move was going and that I was really looking forward to seeing them soon. My shipment was elevated to next day and when I got notice of tracking # they were delivered next day as promised. Az to NH! Stoked for them! Super nice and amazing quality!

It took a month to receive my order. Customer service at Pearlzumi was no help in finding out why my package was stuck at the Fedex distributor center for weeks and then in transit for weeks.
